If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued. Once being proven incorrectly sexed, a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If the buyer chooses to return the snake a full refund will be issued once the snake has arrived back to us alive and healthy. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed, we can come upon an agreement including but not limited to, reimbursement, trade of the correct sex if available, or partial reimbursement. We guarantee that any animal sold as a male or female has been properly sexed. Without the ID number the genetics guarantee is considered null and void. Genetics of each animal sold are guaranteed for the life of the animal. At any time, you can contact us with a photo and an ID number and can confirm for them the year, clutch, and genetics of that animal. A refund will be issued for the value of the animal purchased (total amount sent less actual shipping charge).Įvery animal sold has a unique ID number which is present on the receipt of purchase which we can match to our database.

We only ship to the 48 continuous states. Shipping rates vary from city to city and on the size/quantity of animals purchased. Our reception is spotty and often does not let phone calls thru. Please message me thru morph market or text message for fastest responses. Please contact me directly to inquire about payment plans. Payment plans can be 30-90 days, dependent on the cost of the snake. If you enter into a payment plan and are unable to fulfill your obligation we will refund the total payments minus the 20% for deposit. All deposits are non-refundable unless I cannot provide the animal you reserved. Payment of a deposit will hold any animal for 30 days.
Animals may be reserved with a 20% deposit. We accept PayPal, Cashapp and Venmo, please select goods and services when putting your payment thru (this will give us the surcharge, not you).
